Meet the Candidate
My name is Jessica Pulcher and I am running for the 149th District Court Judge. I have been a licensed attorney for 25 years and a prosecutor in Brazoria County for 21 years. I have been a member of the Texas State Board since May 1996. I am the only candidate who has worked for Brazoria County District Attorney’s Office and tried felony cases. Of those 173 cases, I tried 160 felonies. I have tried 19 murders including two capital murders and one attempted capital murder. I have also tried 36 crimes against children including two cases which resulted in the death of a child. I am the only candidate that has received multiple life sentences in Brazoria County including two life without parole verdicts.
I have dedicated my life and career to Brazoria County. My three children have and are attending Angleton ISD schools. My two oldest sons graduated from Angleton High School and are currently attending Texas Tech University. My daughter who is in the top 1% of her class is a sophomore at Angleton High School. I prioritize community involvement and have served on the Project Grad Board and the Angleton Band Boosters. In addition, I am a member of the Angleton Chamber of Commerce, Brazoria County Republican Association, Angleton Republican Women Association, and associate member of Tri County Republican Women’s Club, and West Pearland Republican Women’s Association.
I am committed to working hard every day representing the citizens of Brazoria County. I am confident that I will bring the experience and fairness to the judicial system if elected as Judge of the 149th District Court.
